Effective immediately, all sales are final. We are in the process of closing Chrystol’s Shoetique, and as such, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted or processed for any purchases made online, in-store, or through any third-party marketplace.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Because our items have been in storage for an extended period, there may be instances where a product cannot be fulfilled. In such cases, your order will be canceled, and you will be notified via email with a full refund to your original payment method.
