Return/Refund policy

RETURNS:

We gladly accept returns of UNWORN merchandise within 30 days of delivery except clearance items, which are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Please note, YOUR RECEIPT IS NEEDED TO PROCESS THE RETURN. Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment. 

* Return or exchange  in our retail store: For your convenience, we accept online returns at Chrystols Shoetique in Livingston Mall, NJ. We gladly accept returns of unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery. This excludes Apparel items, clearance items, masks, mask filters and jewelry may not be returned or exchanged. All handbags and accessories must have original tags attached. Take the merchandise in its original packaging and the packing slip from the shipping carton to the store. Shipping charges are not refundable. Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment or as store credit.

* Return or exchange via mail: You can either purchase a shipping label, from any carrier, and have the item returned to us or we can send you a return label in which the cost will be deducted from your pending refund. You will receive an email when your return is received and your refund has been processed. Shipping charges are not refundable and there may be a $5.00 per order return fee that covers restocking  back to the warehouse. Refunds are always issued to the original method of payment. To prevent a delay in refund, returns must be shipped back within 7 days after the return label was issued. 

Do not send items back through other means or without obtaining a return authorization as your package may be sent back to you.

Please Note: Clearance Items, Masks, Mask Filters and Earrings may not be returned or exchanged. Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded. All purchases are final on Clearance items, Masks, Mask Filters, Earrings, E-Gift Cards and standard Gift Cards.Normal wear and tear does not qualify. If you feel the merchandise is defective and it was purchased from our website, please contact us by emailing info@chrystols.com.

EXCHANGES

If your item does not fit, please start by emailing us at info@chrystols.com. You will be able to choose your exchange online and if the item is in stock, it will be shipped as soon as you drop off your item at a shipping carrier location and the tracking has started. If your exchange item goes out of stock before your original order is scanned as “shipped out”, your original order will be refunded.
