Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide.
Processing & Shipping Schedule:
• Orders are processed and verified within 3 business days.
• Due to the high volume of orders during our liquidation sale, orders are shipped twice per week on Tuesdays and Fridays only.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for delivery after your order has been shipped.
• Shipping times may be extended during holidays, sales events, or other periods of increased order volume.
Credit Card Authorization:
Orders will be processed and shipped pending credit card authorization. When you place an order, Chrystol's Shoetique may pre-authorize your credit card to ensure funds are available. If you are using Visa or Mastercard, the pre-authorization may appear as a charge. If an order is canceled for any reason, the time it takes for the hold to be released depends on your card issuer.
Large Orders:
Orders containing five (5) or more pairs of shoes may be shipped without the original shoe boxes. To reduce shipping costs and package size, shoes may be carefully packaged in protective bags or alternative packaging. This does not affect the condition or quality of the merchandise.
Sales Policy:
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our liquidation sale, we do not offer returns, exchanges, refunds, cancellations, price adjustments, or store credits. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
