Shipping Policy

 

• Orders are processed and shipped twice per week, typically on Mondays and Thursdays.

• This schedule is flexible and may change depending on item availability.

• Because all items are being shipped from storage, please allow extra time for processing and delivery.

• Tracking information will be emailed once your order has been shipped.

SHIPPING RATES

• Free shipping and express shipping are no longer offered.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and destination.

• We currently ship within the United States and internationally.

LOCAL PICKUP (MIRAMAR, FL)

• Local pickup is available by appointment outside the Miramar Police Department for safety and verification.

• Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email with pickup details and available times.

• Please bring a valid photo ID and your order confirmation to collect your item.

ORDER FULFILLMENT

• Because inventory is being pulled from storage, some items may be unavailable.

• If an item cannot be located, your order will be canceled and refunded in full to your original payment method.

• Orders will not be fulfilled without full credit card authorization.

CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION

• All orders are processed pending credit card authorization.

• When you place an order, your payment method will be pre-authorized to confirm available funds.

• If an order is canceled, the time it takes for the hold to release depends on your card issuer.
